ABOUT THE PROGRAM
After several years of cutbacks, K–12 education funding is at the heart of state budget and election discussions this year. PPIC's annual Statewide Survey on Californians and Education examines Californians’ views on the state’s fiscal situation, concerns about spending cuts in schools, preferences for raising taxes, and attitudes toward education reforms.

This study was conducted with funding from The Dirk and Charlene Kabcenell Foundation, the Stuart Foundation, and the Silver Giving Foundation.
