ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The recent recession hit California hard. But state unemployment is persistently higher than the national rate. Economist David Neumark will discuss the merits of two direct job creation policies, considering both short- and long-term goals for the state.

This study was conducted with funding from the Donald Bren Foundation. Lunch will be provided and there is no charge to attend. Pre-registration is requested. Space is limited.
