ABOUT THE PROGRAM
California's fragile economy and lingering budget crisis raise serious questions about the well-being of the state's most vulnerable populations. Panelists will talk about how well these populations are currently faring and consider the status of the safety net programs—from CalFresh to CalWORKs—that are in place to assist them.
