about the program
Most of California’s population growth, currently and in recent years, is directly attributable to natural increase rather than migration. This discussion will examine birth rates in California, focusing in particular on trends in teen birth rates and the effects of delayed marriage on birth rates among older women. Lunch will be provided at this event.
