Lisa Cole is director of development at the Public Policy Institute of California. She works with institutional leadership and staff to develop and implement fundraising and organizational development goals and related outreach activities. In this capacity, she oversees a development team that is charged with individual and corporate giving, sponsorships, and project fundraising for the institute. Before joining PPIC, she was a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs. She currently serves on the Friend of the Kensington Library board of directors. She previously served on the Kensington Education Foundation board of directors, SF Camerawork board, the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery advisory board, and chaired the annual fundraiser for La Casa de las Madres. She holds a BA in English/Women’s Studies from Pennsylvania State University.
