ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The soon-to-be-released PPIC Statewide Survey: Californians and Population Issues examines Californians’ attitudes toward state and regional population growth, unintended pregnancy, teen pregnancy, and sex education in California’s public schools. The survey also measures Californians’ depth of concern about the effects that the state’s multibillion-dollar budget deficit may have on funding for health and human services.

This study was conducted with funding from The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. This event is co-sponsored with the California Research Bureau. A box lunch will be provided after the event and there is no charge to attend.

Speaker
Sonja Petek is a research associate and member of the PPIC Statewide Survey team.
