State SNAP Policies, 1989-2009
This spreadsheet contains the state-by-state SNAP policy implementation details used in the multivariate regression analysis presented in the report California’s Food Stamp Program: Participation and Cost Challenges for the State. The policies included in this spreadsheet are those the authors researched by means of a survey of all state administrators. Further details can be found in Appendix A of the report and in the working paper listed in the READ ME tab of the spreadsheet. Each of the first five tabs on the spreadsheet list key details of individual policies for every state and the District of Columbia. The final, READ ME, tab provides additional background information.
