September 12, 2017 · 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Capitol Event Center 1020 11th Street, second floor Sacramento, CA 95814

About the Program

California has enacted historic reforms to address prison and jail overcrowding. How have policy changes affected county probation departments, which are responsible for supervising more people than any other correctional agency in the state? What are counties doing in response to the changing probation population? PPIC researcher Viet Nguyen will outline findings from a new report.

This research was supported with funding from the National Institute of Justice.

Please register in advance. There is no charge to attend, but space is limited. Lunch will be provided.
