ABOUT THE PROGRAM
K–12 education faces significant funding cuts if Governor Brown’s plan for temporary tax and fee increases fails. PPIC’s annual Statewide Survey on Californians and Education examines views of Californians and public school parents on the state’s $26 billion budget gap, educational quality, teachers’ salaries, and the biggest challenges of the K–12 system.
This study was conducted with funding from The William and Flora Hewett Foundation. Lunch will be provided and there is no charge to attend. Pre-registration is requested.
