PPIC’s annual Statewide Survey on Californians and Higher Education examines Californians’ opinions about their public colleges and universities. It gauges perceptions of California’s three higher education systems, concerns about budget cuts, and preferences for raising revenues. It also examines student preparation, affordability, access, and diversity—and pays special note to the role of community colleges and two-year degree programs.
