ABOUT THE PROGRAM
PPIC’s soon-to-be-released survey, Californians and Higher Education, examines Californians’ perceptions of the state of higher education in California. Residents are asked about their policy preferences for funding higher education and their opinions about the performance of public colleges and universities and the state’s ability to plan for the future. The survey also discusses the role of these institutions, societal trends in higher education, and overall affordability of higher education. This survey is conducted with funding from The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.
