ABOUT THE PROGRAM
As state leaders confront a $26 billion budget deficit, the March PPIC Statewide Survey asks Californians how they would close that gap and whether a proposed special election should be part of the solution. The survey also asks if shrinking the federal budget deficit is a higher priority than protecting programs like Medicare.
