ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The January Statewide Survey examines Californians’ opinions of Governor Brown’s 2012 budget proposal, attitudes towards raising specific taxes and cutting certain programs, and approval ratings of state and federal elected officials. It also looks at residents’ satisfaction with presidential candidate choices, and candidate preferences in the Republican presidential primary.

This study was conducted with funding from The James Irvine Foundation.
