Anneke Gaul

Anneke Gaul is senior manager of people & culture at the Public Policy Institute of California. At PPIC, she handles recruitment and HR operations, including legal compliance, employee relations, and staff development. Previously, she held several human resource roles at GATX Capital in San Francisco, in addition to positions in Amsterdam and Tokyo. She holds a master’s degree in human resources and organizational development from the University of San Francisco and a BA in journalism from San Diego State University.
