LeAnn Fong-Batkin

LeAnn Fong-Batkin is senior project manager for Intersegmental Data Systems for the WestEd Center for Economic Mobility. In this role she provides consultation and facilitates the implementation of the California Cradle-to-Career Data System and other intersegmental data projects, including WestEd’s Data Integration Support Center. In addition to serving on the PPIC Higher Education Center Advisory Council, she has over 25 years of experience working for a variety of California’s State agencies, including Sacramento State, the California Department of Education, the California Community College Chancellor’s Office, and the California State Auditor’s Office. Her prior experience also includes administering continuing education programs for working professionals at Sacramento State. She has a bachelor’s degree in American studies and sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a master’s in business administration from Sacramento State, and a PhD in educational leadership from the University of California, Davis.
