Wyatt Phipps

Wyatt Phipps is project associate in the president’s office at the Public Policy Institute of California. She provides project management and administrative support to the president’s office team—advancing organizational priorities, coordinating cross-departmental projects, and handling critical workflows. Previously, she was center administrator for the PPIC Higher Education Center. In this capacity, she coordinated meetings and outreach, provided day-to-day administrative support, and worked with higher education researchers to oversee project schedules. Prior to joining PPIC, she managed the in-kind development portfolio at the Telluride Film Festival. She holds a BA in philosophy from Randolph College.
