PPIC's latest statewide survey examines the level of support for Governor Brown's revised budget proposal, including his spending formula for public schools and his plan to reduce state debt and maintain a $1.1 billion reserve. It also gauges Californians' views on potential changes to Proposition 13 and the initiative process.
This study was conducted with funding from The James Irvine Foundation.
