Matt Levin

Director of Digital Strategy

Matt Levin is director of digital strategy at the Public Policy Institute of California. He leads PPIC’s digital marketing and media outreach efforts, supervising website, email, social media, and video content production and strategy. He also serves as the primary liaison with the news media. Before joining PPIC, Matt was a senior on-air reporter with Marketplace, the national business and economics radio program. Previously, he worked at the news site CalMatters and as a research associate at PPIC. He holds a BA in history from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
