Mitchelle De Leon

Mitchelle De Leon was a senior associate at CEA Consulting’s Environmental Policy & Advocacy group, where he consulted for environmental nonprofit organizations and sustainability-oriented businesses for over five years on dam removal and river restoration, air quality, climate change mitigation, and other topics. Prior to CEA, he served as a CivicSpark AmeriCorps Fellow in the San Joaquin Valley, where he supported local governments on drought response, groundwater sustainability, workforce development, and climate change mitigation efforts. He is currently the director of Impact and Strategic Partnerships at SkyTruth, a conservation technology nonprofit. He holds a BS in economics from California State University, Bakersfield.
