Virtual Event

September 11, 2025 · 11:00 am - 11:40 am

About the Program

The number and share of English Learners enrolled in California public schools have fallen even as the multilingual student population becomes more diverse. PPIC researchers Beyond Deng and Laura Hill will present key findings and answer audience questions on a new report that examines trajectories and supports for EL students as well as the challenges districts face in providing courses and services to help EL students participate in school.

This research and event are supported with funding from the Sobrato Family Foundation.
