- A record-high 58 percent of Californians approve of Governor Brown’s job performance; a majority think Brown and the legislature will be able to work together this year.
- Bipartisan majorities support the governor’s 2014-15 budget plan and his proposed changes to the state’s rainy day fund.
- A strong majority of the state’s uninsured say they will obtain health insurance in 2014.
