Charlie Wigul
Research Associate
Charlie Wigul is a research associate at the PPIC Higher Education Center, where his work focuses on community college students and their path toward a four-year degree. Prior to joining PPIC, he worked as a research assistant at the Blum Center for Developing Economies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in data science with a minor in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
